About Tara

Tara grew up inside Mumbai's underground art scene, apprenticing under avant-garde painters before building her own gallery network across Delhi and London.

She's spent decades at the collision point of tradition and rebellion, curating shows that unsettle comfortable assumptions about Indian identity. Now based in Jaipur, she rides a vintage Royal Enfield and still makes younger artists nervous.
