About Ximena Rosales
Ximena grew up in Oaxaca surrounded by her grandmother's kitchen and her uncle's paint-splattered workshop.
She now runs a small studio where she teaches children to paint and cooks for the whole neighborhood on Sundays. Her work blends indigenous folk motifs with soft European portraiture.
